Shipping policy

We are located in London, United Kingdom.  We use UK Royal Mail for shipping.  We ship to the UK and USA and offer shipping free of charge in the UK and the USA for items costing over £150 sterling. No code is needed. Please send a message to rosalindostudio@gmail.com if you are keen to make a purchase, but you live in neither the UK nor the USA, we will always do our best to meet your wishes and could arrange this on a one-to-one basis.

We aim to produce your order and have it shipped to you within 1–2 weeks although in truth, we will be aiming to complete this process within 5 business working days.  Bank holidays do not count as business days. 

Orders are hand-made in our west London studio.

We would be very grateful if you could please ensure that your address is correct when you check out.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your address - although unfortunately if the order has already been shipped, then the situation is no longer in our control, and we will not be able to change the address for you.  We ask you for a telephone number because we always use tracked shipping which requires this.

From time to time, a free gift may be included in your order. 

Shipping estimate times are from the time of shipment, not from when you placed your order.

Overseas orders may incur customs fees and Rosalind O is not responsible for such fees.  They must be paid by the customer on collection of their goods. This is out of the control of Rosalind O.

Unfortunately, due to bad weather or other unforeseeable issues, shipping times are only approximate, and it is possible that there could be significant delays with your order.

Please ensure tracking is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.
